Plan prices based on project types. Prices are subject to change based on project size. All plan types include a minimum of 4 realistic photos along with plan sheet set. Two physical copies of plans and photos on 11x17 sheets can also be delivered or shipped:

Plan details coordinated via phone, email, and/or in person. Stipulated prices based on preliminary drawings remaining the same without structural changes or rearrangement. Modifications to preliminary plans beyond orginally presented and approved project concept is billed at a rate of $25/hr. Prices do not include taxes.
